Remotely enables or disables a BlueSolar or SmartSolar MPPT. This cable plugs into the VE.Direct port of a BlueSolar or SmartSolar MPPT charge controller and lets an external signal turn charging on or off — useful for load shedding, sequencing, or external system control.
- What it does. Enables the charger when the signal is high; disables it when the signal is pulled low or left floating.
- Non-inverting logic. High = on. Straightforward to drive from a controller or relay.
- Uses the VE.Direct port. While this cable is connected, the VE.Direct port can't be used for anything else (monitoring, Bluetooth dongle, etc.).
- For BlueSolar & SmartSolar MPPTs. Works across the MPPT range that has a VE.Direct port.
- Genuine Victron Energy cable — full 5-year Victron warranty.
Works with SmartSolar and BlueSolar MPPT chargers. For lighting or virtual-load control instead, see the VE.Direct TX digital output cable. Book a system consultation for help.
