Return Policy
We understand that returns aren't ideal, so we aim to make the process as smooth and straightforward as possible.
60-Day Return Window
You may return most items within 60 days of receipt. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, uninstalled, and in its original packaging. Items that have been opened, tested, wired in, or installed are not eligible for return.
Restocking Fees

15% restocking fee for items shipped via ground carrier.

20% restocking fee for items shipped via freight. Original freight shipping and return freight shipping cast are also deducted.
The restocking fee will be deducted from your refund, along with the cost of return shipping if we provide a label.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to shipping regulations, lithium batteries and products containing lithium batteries are non-returnable, unless arranged for local return. Please contact us prior to purchase if you have any questions about these items.
Damaged or Defective Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us right away at support@bluemarine.com so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days, minus applicable fees.
How to Start a Return
To begin your return:

Log in to your bluemarine.com account and navigate to the order you wish to return.

Select the eligible item and submit a return request.
Once we receive your request, we’ll review it and, if approved, email you a prepaid return label. Drop the item off at the carrier location. Once we receive and inspect the return, we’ll initiate your refund, less any applicable restocking and return shipping fees.
