Which brands carry dealer pricing?
Victron Energy, solar panels (Lumera, Sol-Go, SunPower), Ruuvi, and Epoch batteries carry dealer discounts. Electric motors (ePropulsion, Torqeedo, TEMO) and everything else in the store are available to dealers at standard pricing — one login covers the whole catalog.
How long does approval take?
A real person reviews every application within 2 business days — usually faster. Once approved, dealer pricing shows automatically when you log in.
Do I need a resale certificate?
It's optional at application, but required for tax-exempt purchasing. Attach it with your application and your account is set up tax-exempt from your first order — or send it later and we'll flip your account when it's verified.
How do dealer orders ship?
Parcel orders ship at calculated FedEx rates (hazmat items carry a $9 handling fee). Freight is a flat $350 anywhere in the continental US, plus $99 if you need a lift gate. Outside the continental US we quote each order before it ships.
