How is the Remote different from the standard Travel XP?
Same ~5 HP motor, but it steers from a console with a remote throttle instead of a hand tiller — ideal for boats with a helm or side-mount control.
What controls does it need?
The remote kit plus the TorqLink color-display throttle give you steering, throttle, and a range / charge readout at the helm.
Does it include a battery?
The clip-on Travel battery is listed separately, so add one to your order; we'll confirm the right pack for your range.
Is it saltwater safe?
Yes — rinse with fresh water after salt use and replace the anodes periodically.
