Overview

The NB-1440 is the battery that powers the Bixpy N-3 outboard — 1,440 watt-hours of 36V lithium-ion in a sealed, positively buoyant case. One comes with every N-3 kit; this is the spare. A second pack on board turns 72 minutes of full-throttle runtime into two and a half hours, and a full day of no-wake cruising into two.

At about 19 lb it's an easy carry from the charger to the boat, and the case floats if it ever goes over the side — not something most 1.4 kWh batteries can say.

Compatibility

Made exclusively for the N-3 Outboard Motor. Charges from the N-3 kit's standard charger. The SUN80 solar panel does not charge this pack.

Warranty

Covered by Bixpy's 1-year limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship (2 years in the EU), from the date of original purchase from Blue Marine or another authorized Bixpy dealer. Recreational use only, and warranty can't cover batteries that have been damaged and taken on water — as an authorized dealer we'll help with any claim.
