Victron Energy Temperature Sensor for Quattro, MultiPlus & GX Devices (ASS000001000)

The Victron temperature sensor (ASS000001000) lets a Victron system read battery temperature so it can fine-tune charging — raising or lowering the charge voltage with temperature to protect the bank and extend its life. It connects to a Quattro or MultiPlus inverter/charger, or to the temperature input on a GX device such as the Cerbo GX or Ekrano GX.

A temperature sensor is included with new Quattro, MultiPlus, and MultiPlus-II units — buy this one as a replacement, or to add temperature sensing to a GX device that needs it (the GX temperature inputs require this sensor). Clamps to a battery terminal for an accurate reading.

Note: this is the Quattro/MultiPlus/GX temperature sensor — it is not the same as the separate BMV-712/BMV-702 temperature sensor.
