Victron's SuperPack batteries are easily installed and require no additional components. Built with an integrated BMS and safety switch, they have the ability to disconnect in cases of over discharge, over charge, or extreme temperatures. Lithium-Ion batteries have the advantage of not needing to be fully charged, and their service life is even improved with partial charging. Additionally, their round-trip energy efficiency is 92%, making them more efficient than traditional lead-acid batteries. These batteries can also be connected in parallel for convenience, but cannot be connected in series.

It is important to note that they should only be used while upright.

5 Year Limited Warranty

Victron Energy offers a 5-year limited warranty on power products*. This is upgradable to 10 years by an additional 10% of the initial investment. Contact us at support@bluemarine.com for more information on warranty or for the process to submit a claim to Victron Energy.

* Except on Victron Energy batteries: on lead-acid and AGM batteries there is a 2-year limited warranty and 3-year limited warranty on Lithium batteries.

Shipping & Returns

We offer free shipping over $49. Lithium batteries & oversize items may have an applicable shipping charge.

We know returns are no fun so we aim to make the return process as hassle free as possible! We have a 60-day return policy, which means you have 60 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Lithium batteries and products with lithium batteries inside are non returnable: Due to carrier regulations surrounding the shipment of lithium batteries (classified as a fully regulated hazardous material), we are unable to accept returns unless arranged locally. We appreciate your understanding and encourage you to contact us with any questions prior to purchase.

Slow fulfillment

I ordered this back in January, and was given updates that it would ship in Feb, then March, then April. In April they offered a bigger battery they had in stock unfortunately that would not fit my application. They updated me in April it would be shipping in June. It arrived in July, a full 6 months after my initial order.

It's quite disappointing to see a negative review of our business in regards to something that is completely out of our control. Throughout all of our ETA updates we provided for you, we made it clear that these ETAs were subject to change. We were at Victron's mercy here. This was a slow fulfillment because this item was not made readily available by the manufacturer. We fulfilled your Lithium SuperPack 12.8V/60Ah the moment it finally arrived here at our warehouse.
