The Victron CCGX WiFi Module Simple is a compact “Nano” USB dongle that adds WiFi to a Victron GX device that doesn't have it built in — most commonly the Color Control GX (CCGX). Plug it into a free USB port on the GX, then enter your wireless network name and password right in the GX menu to get the system online and reporting to the VRM portal.
Do you need this? Newer GX devices — the Cerbo GX MK2 and Ekrano GX — already have WiFi built in and don't need a dongle. This module is for older GX hardware (such as the Color Control GX) that relies on a USB WiFi adapter for wireless.
