Victron Energy offers a 5-year limited warranty on power products*. This is upgradable to 10 years by an additional 10% of the initial investment. Contact us at support@bluemarine.com for more information on warranty or for the process to submit a claim to Victron Energy.

* Except on Victron Energy batteries: on lead-acid and AGM batteries there is a 2-year limited warranty and 3-year limited warranty on Lithium batteries.

We offer free shipping over $49. Lithium batteries & oversize items may have an applicable shipping charge.

We know returns are no fun so we aim to make the return process as hassle free as possible! We have a 60-day return policy, which means you have 60 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Lithium batteries and products with lithium batteries inside are non returnable: Due to carrier regulations surrounding the shipment of lithium batteries (classified as a fully regulated hazardous material), we are unable to accept returns unless arranged locally. Giving it 3 stars because, AM radio and ham radio on the boat is useless with the blue marine on, tremendous EMI, only way to make such an efficiant small charger, keeps my 12.7 v battery at 13.8 volts, hopefully wont boil the juice out of it, we'll see

Notes on Victron Blue Smart IP67 Charger-Waterproof

I purchased 4 LiFePO³ 12V 300Amp.hr. sitting for 9 months with a concern that they may go dead and become useless. It took 12 + hrs to bring them up to charge each individually. It is a critical feature of this type of battery not to go to a low charge. I am hoping that I didn't F~<[ up as I waiting to see how they are in a week or two?
I do like the enclosure on this charger and straight forward utility in use. Durability over a twenty year period is what I hope the thing can sustain? We'll see.
