Overview

The Cruise 6.0 FP TorqLink is a high-efficiency fixed-pod electric drive delivering the thrust of a 9.9 HP gasoline saildrive. Rather than clamping to a transom, the streamlined pod mounts in a fixed position under the hull — a low-drag installation that keeps the drive submerged and out of the way, ideal for sailboats where clean lines and minimal drag under sail matter most. Its fully integrated TorqLink interface lets the motor, throttle, batteries, and displays communicate without an external gateway, making it a natural fit for modern electric repowers and system-integrated installations.

A built-in onboard computer with GPS continuously reports speed, power consumption, battery status, and remaining range for precise, confident control underway.

Mounting & Boat Fit

Unlike a transom-mounted outboard, the Cruise 6.0 FP installs in a fixed pod through the hull, so there is no shaft-length or transom-height selection. Fitment is determined by your hull's pod-mounting location and the space available below the waterline. The compact fixed-pod layout is best suited to sailboats and displacement craft up to roughly 6 tons where a permanent, low-drag drive is preferred.
