ePropulsion G-Series Battery Charger (16A / 32A, 96V eSSA)

The G-Series chargers recharge ePropulsion's 96-volt G-Series (and E100) batteries from shore power or an onboard generator. Each one communicates with the battery's BMS over CAN for a fully managed, safe charge, and is built marine-tough — a fully potted, IP67-sealed case that runs reliably from −40 to 55 °C. Choose the 16 A for everyday charging or the 32 A for faster turnarounds and larger banks.

A note on charge speed and voltage

Output depends on your AC supply: on 110–120 V (typical US shore power) the 16 A charger delivers up to about 1650 W (~16 A to a 96V bank); on 220–240 V it delivers up to about 3300 W (~32 A). The 32 A model roughly doubles charge current again for the quickest turnaround — we'll match the right charger to your dock power and bank size.

• 16 A — GB-C001-00: AC input 90–265 V; DC output 65–161 V, up to 32 A / 3300 W at 220 V (1650 W at 110 V); ≥93% efficiency; fanless (fully potted); IP67.
• 32 A — GB-C004-00 (model HK-LF-115-58): AC input 100–240 V; higher output for faster charging and larger banks; fan-cooled; IP67; 19.8 lb (9 kg); 9.2 × 10.3 × 3.9 in (233 × 262 × 100 mm).

Which one?

• 16 A — everyday charging for a single battery or modest bank.

Warranty

Covered by ePropulsion's 24-month limited warranty (from delivery to the first end customer) against defects in materials and workmanship under normal recreational use with proper installation and maintenance.
