ePropulsion eSSA Smart Controls & Displays

The helm controls and displays for ePropulsion's 96-volt eSSA systems — X-Series outboards, I-Series inboards, and POD Drive eSSA. Pick the setup that fits your boat and how you drive it; everything connects over the keyed eSSA communication network for a clean, plug-and-play install, and any combination can be mixed for multi-station helms.

Controls

• Smart Tiller (X1-TH00-00) — all-in-one stern control for tiller-steered X-Series: throttle and gear (forward/neutral/reverse), electric steering, manual tilt adjustment, and adjustable steering damping. Includes two kill-switch lanyards.
• Smart Throttle (XS-RC00-00) — the core eSSA throttle for motor start, throttle, and gear shift. Mounts top or side, and supports single or dual-throttle (twin-engine) layouts. Includes a kill-switch lanyard.
• Smart Side-Mount Control (X1-SM00-00) — side-mount lever for motor startup, throttle, and gear switching (F/N/R); ships with a kill switch and mounting template.
• Digital Helm (XS-SW00-A0) — steering-wheel helm for X-Series electric steering, with adjustable number of wheel turns, set left/right limit positions, automatic angle matching with the power-steering system, and OTA firmware updates. Includes steering base and wheel.
• Smart Control Joystick (XS-SJ00-00) — precision joystick control for X-Series maneuvering; includes a 1 m communication cable.

Displays

• Smart Display 5″ (XS-DP00-00) — wired display showing power, speed, battery level, range, and trip data, and used to configure system settings.
• Smart Display 10″ (XS-DP00-L0) — the same monitoring and setup in a larger format for bigger helms; includes a mounting pad and template.

Most controls ship with a 1 m eSSA communication cable; the 10″ display includes a mounting kit. Mix controls and displays freely across one or more helm stations.

Choosing your helm

Tiller-steered RIBs and tenders usually pair the Smart Tiller; wheel-steered boats use the Digital Helm (steering) plus a Smart Throttle or Side-Mount control, with a Smart Display for monitoring. Larger or pod/joystick-docking builds add the Smart Control Joystick. Not sure what your layout needs? We'll map it with you.

Warranty

Covered by ePropulsion's 24-month limited warranty (from delivery to the first end customer) against defects in materials and workmanship under normal recreational use with proper installation and maintenance. Commercial or professional use is covered by your local statutory warranty instead. Blue Marine is an authorized ePropulsion dealer and will help with any claim.
