The eSSA Rectifier is the AC-to-DC charging engine for a 96-volt ePropulsion system. It converts AC shore power or generator output into regulated 96V DC and works as an on-board charger (OBC) for the G-Series battery bank — delivering up to 100 A of fast, high-current charging on larger installs. It also reports power data and supports remote monitoring as part of the connected eSSA system.
What it does
- High-current 96V charging — up to 100 A DC output to replenish a G-Series bank quickly between trips.
- Shore or generator input — functions as an on-board charger from dockside AC or an onboard genset.
- Wide AC input — accepts both ~120V and ~230V supplies (85–176 / 176–300 VAC, 45–65 Hz), so it works on US and international power.
- Adjustable current limit — dial output from 2.5 A up to 110 A to match the dock circuit or generator capacity and avoid tripping breakers.
- Connected — gathers charging/power data and allows remote monitoring within the eSSA system.
- Protected — built-in overload, overvoltage, and over-temperature protection.

Where it fits
This is an installer-grade charging component for larger eSSA builds that need fast, high-current AC charging — multi-battery G-Series banks on X-Series, I-Series, or POD Drive eSSA systems. For smaller setups, the G-Series 16 A or 32 A chargers are usually the right fit; step up to the rectifier when you need 100 A of replenishment or are charging from a generator. It pairs naturally with solar via the 2 kW MPPT controller for combined shore, genset, and solar charging.
Warranty
Covered by ePropulsion's 24-month limited warranty (from delivery to the first end customer) against defects in materials and workmanship under normal recreational use with proper installation and maintenance. Commercial or professional use is covered by your local statutory warranty instead. Blue Marine is an authorized ePropulsion dealer and will help with any claim.

We offer free shipping over $49. Lithium batteries & oversize items may have an applicable shipping charge.
We know returns are no fun so we aim to make the return process as hassle free as possible! We have a 60-day return policy, which means you have 60 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Lithium batteries and products with lithium batteries inside are non returnable: Due to carrier regulations surrounding the shipment of lithium batteries (classified as a fully regulated hazardous material), we are unable to accept returns unless arranged locally.
