ePropulsion eSSA Distribution Box 96VDC

The 96VDC Distribution Box is the organized, protected hub for the high-voltage DC side of an ePropulsion eSSA system. Built around appropriately rated micro circuit breakers (MCBs), it splits the 96V bus into multiple individually protected branch circuits — so each motor, DC-DC converter, or DC accessory gets its own breaker, on/off switch, and overcurrent protection in one tidy panel. It's purpose-built for eSSA and eSSA EMS installations.

What it does

• Branch power distribution — distributes the 96V DC bus to multiple circuits through internal MCBs (up to 18 positions).
• Per-branch switching — on/off control for each circuit (switch under no load).
• Overcurrent & overload protection — built-in circuit breakers protect each branch.
• Status monitoring — RS485 communication reports breaker/switch status into the eSSA system.
• Marine-ready — IP44 enclosure; CE and FCC certified.

Where it fits

An installer-grade component for larger eSSA builds where the 96V DC bus feeds several circuits — multiple motors, DC-DC converters, and high-voltage DC accessories — and each needs its own breaker and isolation. Pairs with the eSSA Battery Isolator (main disconnect + fusing) and, for AC circuits, the 220VAC Distribution Box.

Warranty

Covered by ePropulsion's 24-month limited warranty (from delivery to the first end customer) against defects in materials and workmanship under normal recreational use with proper installation and maintenance.
