7-step adaptive charging

Test, bulk, absorption, optional recondition, float, storage, and storage-refresh - the microprocessor tunes the charge to the battery and measures ambient temperature for automatic temperature-compensated charging (lead-acid), so no cold/hot settings are needed. Storage mode lowers the voltage after 48 hours connected to reduce grid corrosion.

Recondition and fully-discharged recovery

An optional recondition stage can partially reverse sulfation on a neglected lead-acid battery, and the recovery function will force-charge a battery sitting at zero volts until normal charging can resume. Li-ion mode includes automatic under-voltage protection reset.

Ultra-high efficiency

Up to 95% efficient with 0.5 W standby draw - far less heat and parasitic drain than a typical charger. Can also be used as a DC power supply.

Connection kit included

Ships with crocodile clamps, M8 ring-terminal eyelets, and a battery indicator eyelet. Optional fused clamps/eyelets, autoplug, wall mount, rubber bumper, and carry case are available.

What's the difference between the IP65, IP22, and IP67?

The IP65 is a rugged, silent portable charger with clamps and eyelets included - splash and dust proof. The IP22 is a fan-cooled charger with screw terminals and VE.Smart Networking (parallel sync). The IP67 is fully waterproof (immersion-rated) for the harshest, wettest installs. All three are Bluetooth.

Does it charge lithium batteries?

Yes - select the Li-ion profile, which includes automatic under-voltage protection reset. It also recovers fully discharged lead-acid batteries.

Can I leave it connected long-term?
