This unit (SN: HQ2429WY6U2) was returned to us with the new product seal broken. It is essentially brand new. The customer returned it because they were looking for a DC-DC Charger, not this DC-DC Converter. No attempt at install was made and the 5 Year warranty is intact. Victron Orion-Tr Isolated Converters are designed for large 12V/24V/48V battery systems. These models are short circuit-proof and come with a remote on/off feature that reduces wiring requirements and can be operated with simple control systems. An unlimited number of units can be connected in parallel for increased output current.

We know returns are no fun so we aim to make the return process as hassle free as possible! We have a 60-day return policy, which means you have 60 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Lithium batteries and products with lithium batteries inside are non returnable: Due to carrier regulations surrounding the shipment of lithium batteries (classified as a fully regulated hazardous material), we are unable to accept returns unless arranged locally.
