The SmartShunt is an all-in-one battery monitor with a display on your mobile device. The SmartShunt connects via Bluetooth to the VictronConnect app on your mobile device, allowing you to monitor all battery parameters and much more.

The SmartShunt is an excellent alternative to a BMV battery monitor for systems where battery monitoring is needed but with less wiring and clutter.

The SmartShunt comes with Bluetooth, a VE.Direct port, and an additional connection. This allows you to monitor a second battery, a temperature sensor or a midpoint monitor.

Warranty Information

5 Year Limited Warranty

Victron Energy offers a 5-year limited warranty on power products*. This is upgradable to 10 years by an additional 10% of the initial investment. Contact us at support@bluemarine.com for more information on warranty or for the process to submit a claim to Victron Energy.

* Except on Victron Energy batteries: on lead-acid and AGM batteries there is a 2-year limited warranty and 3-year limited warranty on Lithium batteries.

Shipping & Returns

We offer free shipping over $49. Lithium batteries & oversize items may have an applicable shipping charge.

We know returns are no fun so we aim to make the return process as hassle free as possible! We have a 60-day return policy, which means you have 60 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Lithium batteries and products with lithium batteries inside are non returnable: Due to carrier regulations surrounding the shipment of lithium batteries (classified as a fully regulated hazardous material), we are unable to accept returns unless arranged locally. We appreciate your understanding and encourage you to contact us with any questions prior to purchase.

4 Blue tooth smart shunts

I bought four Bluetooth smart shunts from Blue Marine for two engine batteries, along with the generator and thruster batteries. I've had my fair share of battery failures during long trips, which meant having to search for replacement batteries and install them while on vacation. Those days are behind me now. I can now monitor the status of each battery via Bluetooth. I also set up their GX device, allowing me to check battery conditions online. Being able to keep track of all my batteries is incredibly reassuring.

Shunt-rific for monitoring !

I have two 100 20 SmartSolar MPPT charge controllers for my small system with two PV arrays that are located on different sides of my building. They were always slightly out of sync before even though both connected to same terminal on bus bar with identical wiring etc. But now with the new SmartShunt I have great control and was super easy setting up the VE network only like 3 clicks :-) I got the 300 amp model for under $75 and happy as a puppy with two weenies! Yay thanks Victron and thanks BlueMarine.
