I love the SmartSolar Charge Controllers! Here at BlueLens Construction and Solar we use them for our "distributed network off-grid systems", which is the fancy term I came up with for using small individual power bank setups for each building or power-need station on our property and for our customers'. I mostly work with small farms, construction sites, archaeology field sites, camps, preppers, and others needing off-grid power here in Rural Central North Carolina. Rather than setting up a large central system and running power to outbuildings, I like to set up a small solar array, battery bank(s), inverters, and charger system for each. As a non-electrician this makes it much simpler to troubleshoot. And there is no single point of failure; if one building's power system fails or has issues, we just route power temporarily from a functioning one. Love them Victrons! I literally just got it yesterday. It was shipped very fast and packaged well. Beyond that, it's all I can comment on. It's for a Spring solar project , I'm gathering everything I need for it .
