Dakota Lithium Safety Fuse Protection Parallel Wiring Kit

This kit allows for the connection of up to four Dakota Lithium batteries (12-48V) in parallel, resulting in higher capacity battery systems and battery banks. For instance, by connecting 4 DL 12V 100Ah batteries in parallel, a 12V 400Ah battery system can be created. The included wiring is optimized for high-amperage use, making it ideal for solar energy systems, as well as battery banks, house battery systems for RVs and boats, and off-the-grid applications.

Included in this wiring kit are fuse protection blocks that isolate each battery in the system, providing redundant safety. Each Dakota pack has its own internal Battery Management System (BMS) circuit board protection, adding another layer of safety. We suggest adding a separate safety fuse to each pack when wiring them in parallel, which will further isolate any issues that may arise from operating equipment at maximum ratings or in harsh environments. 

This comprehensive kit includes safety fuse protection for up to 4 batteries in parallel and is specifically designed for maximum performance and safety in solar battery banks, RVs, boats, and off-the-grid homes and cabins. For trolling motors, we recommend wiring batteries in series or purchasing a single battery with the appropriate voltage rating.
