The Victron Energy MultiPlus 2000 VA is a professional-grade inverter/charger designed for marine, RV, and off-grid power systems where reliability, clean AC power, and intelligent energy management are critical. Combining a pure sine wave inverter, advanced adaptive battery charger, and high-speed AC transfer switch in one compact unit, the MultiPlus serves as the backbone of a modern electrical system.
Available in 12V, 24V, and 48V DC versions, the MultiPlus 2000 VA offers flexibility to match a wide range of battery bank configurations — from smaller 12V house systems to higher-efficiency 24V and 48V installations commonly used in larger boats and off-grid applications. Regardless of voltage, each model delivers the same intelligent features and robust performance Victron is known for.
The inverter produces 2,000 VA of pure sine wave AC power (approximately 1,600 watts continuous), making it safe for sensitive electronics such as navigation equipment, computers, communications gear, and modern appliances. High surge capability allows the MultiPlus to start motors, pumps, compressors, and other inductive loads with ease.
As a charger, the MultiPlus uses Victron’s adaptive multi-stage charging technology, automatically adjusting charge parameters based on battery condition and usage. This ensures faster charging when needed while maximizing battery life — ideal for lithium, AGM, or flooded lead-acid battery banks.
One of the MultiPlus’ standout features is PowerAssist™, which prevents overloads on limited shore or generator power. When demand exceeds available AC input, the unit supplements power from the battery bank, then automatically recharges the batteries once demand drops. Seamless UPS-level AC transfer ensures uninterrupted power to critical loads if shore or generator power is lost.
The MultiPlus 2000 VA integrates seamlessly into Victron ecosystems and can be configured for parallel operation or three-phase systems, allowing capacity to scale as power demands grow.

Lithium batteries and products with lithium batteries inside are non returnable: Due to carrier regulations surrounding the shipment of lithium batteries (classified as a fully regulated hazardous material), we are unable to accept returns unless arranged locally.
